Reclaim Treasure yard sale (Kannapolis)
When participating in our yard sale, vendors should be aware of the specific terms and conditions outlined in the vendor agreement. These agreements typically include details such as:
- Space Rental: Vendors must rent a designated space for their booth, Fees for the space rental are usually specified in the agreement.
Fee $15 10 x 10 space (vendors must park in back, not in the fenced area)
- Event Timing: Vendors are expected to arrive at the yard sale area and be set up by a certain time to ensure they are ready for customers. Late arrivals may not be permitted.
Set up at 7am Close 3pm
- Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Yard Sale Jamie of any cancellation no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
- Compliance with Rules: Vendors must adhere to the rules set by the event organizers, no profanity/ no weapon / amplified music / no tobacco /no politic items
- being courteous to customers and other vendors.
