Beginner Foundation Paper Piecing (Kannapolis)

Class participants will receive instruction on how to start and complete a FPP project. During class they will receive a handout with tips on FPP, the class pattern and several free patterns to take home for practice.

| Skill Details: | Beginner to Intermediate -need to know how to use your sewing machine and how to sew on a printed line. |
| Materials Included: | handout on FPP tips; FPP pattern for class and extra FPP patterns |
| Requirements: | Sewing machine and basic sewing supplies; fabric for project; glue stick (Elmers works fine); rotary cutter; 6–10-inch ruler, completed class cheat sheet (cheat sheet will be provided at sign up). Optional: personal cutting mat; personal ironing mat; person iron, "add a quarter ruler" |

| Instructor Bio: | Sandra started quilting in 2012 when her son went to college. She likes making wall hangings and smaller quilts. Foundation Paper Piecing is a favorite of her because of the precision it provides. |
