| Instructor Bio: | (A little about me, I have been sewing since I was 9, making things from Barbie clothes to clothes for myself and kids. I began quilting about 18 years ago with my mom as a way to spend time together, share our love of creating and give back to our community. Through various organizations, I have made a few 100 quilts that have gone all over the world from sending to various missionaries and orphanages in third world countries, to state side with the foster/adopt system in California, memory T-Shirt quilts, to most recently, here in North Carolina where I quilt with a Guild to do quilts for senior citizens, kindergarteners, preemies and veterans (Quilts of Valor).) |
